Leadership Expectations:

Key Responsibilities
Assess job sites to identify insulation needs, safety concerns, and project requirements
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for optimal job readiness
Lead a team of 2-7 installers, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Serve as the on-site point of contact for crew, management, and customers
Perform hands-on installation, including attics, crawl spaces, walls, and drill-and-fill projects
Guide your team in using materials like fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and radiant barriers
Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to confirm job quality and satisfaction
Document job details, including time logs, materials, and project notes
Report any issues, delays, or scope changes to management
Maintain a clean, safe job site with proper waste disposal
Stay updated on insulation techniques and suggest improvements

Job requirements
1-3 years of hands-on insulation installation experience, including working with various materials and techniques
