Janitorial cleaning of common areas in condominium complexes, including but not limited to, general cleaning, changing of light bulbs, carpet cleaning and pressure washing. Must have janitorial experience, a valid driver's license, your own reliable vehicle and insurance. Must be able to communicate via email. Job will be at various West Hollywood and West Los Angeles locations, up to 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 3-5 hours per day, start time between 7am and 8am.
