Janitorial/Cleaning Services needed for 45-Unit Apartment Building.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Availability 2-3 days a week (12-18hrs/week)
Duties:
- Sweeping, mopping hallways and common areas and around property.
- Wiping down walls/doors and glass surfaces, etc.
- Picking up and taking out trash.
- Making sure property is well maintained, sanitary/clean, and well presented.
Salary:
$18/hr
