Perform general handyman tasks including but not limited to:
General Repairs:
Fixing leaky faucets, toilets, and pipes
Repairing or replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets
Patching and painting walls
Repairing or replacing damaged windows and doors
Appliance Repairs:
Troubleshooting and fixing minor issues with refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers
Repairing or replacing components like belts, hoses, or seals
Assembly and Installation:
Assembling furniture, shelving units, and cabinets
Installing curtain rods, blinds, and window screens
Hanging mirrors, artwork, and TV mounts
Flooring:
Installing or repairing laminate, hardwood, tile, or vinyl flooring
Repairing or replacing damaged floorboards or tiles
Drywall and Plaster Repair:
Patching holes and cracks in drywall
Repairing water-damaged drywall or ceilings
Applying or repairing plaster
Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance:
Cleaning gutters and downspouts
Repairing or replacing damaged gutters and gutter guards
Minor Plumbing:
Fixing or replacing faucets, sinks, and toilets
Clearing clogged drains and pipes
Minor Electrical Work:
Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, or switches
Installing or replacing outlets and GFCI receptacles
Troubleshooting electrical issues and replacing circuit breakers
Exterior Maintenance:
Pressure washing driveways, sidewalks, and siding
Cleaning windows and screens
Painting or staining fences and decks
HVAC Maintenance:
Changing air filters
Cleaning HVAC vents and ducts
Troubleshooting minor HVAC issues (e.g., thermostat adjustments)
Landscaping and Yard Work:
Lawn mowing and trimming
Weeding gardens and flower beds
Mulching and edging
General maintenance work
Assembly of gym equipment
Appliance repairs
Drywall repairs
Work will vary and may include other related tasks as needed.
Competitive pay: We split the earnings from each job with you.
2-3 jobs per day.
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Own basic tools necessary for the job.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule based on job availability and your availability.
