We're hiring a Solar Installer to contribute to our growing Solar Installation company. If you have hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for doing things the right way, please reach out and lets have a chat.
We are a growing company so we work on a job to job basis. We will be working most days but not everyday. Depending on volume of projects for the week. Considering the current market we are doing very well.
Based out of the San Fernando valley in Woodland hills. Work all across LA and surrounding cities.
Requirements:
Experience in solar panel installation. (Will train those willing to learn)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems. (Not required but a plus)
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Tools (Not Required but a plus)
Must own personal vehicle and willing to commute to projects
(If project is long distance we will pay mileage)
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops.
Conduct system tests and troubleshoot issues. (For experienced candidates)
Ensure safety protocols are followed.
Properly use and take care of company tools and equipment
Arrive to job sites on time
The job can be tough sometimes but overall its simple just keep good energies and an overall good vibe. We are a small team looking to add a new member who will be the right fit. Team player is a must.
