911 Junk California, Junk Removal and Hauling are looking for hard workers and driven individuals who aren't afraid of hard work and good money. Our Team Members carry out the most important tasks for 911 Junk California, you are what represents the company's image and reputation. Team Members are expected to be punctual, clean cut, in uniform, and ready to work. Your primary task is to impress our clients with your positive attitude, smile and a clean uniform. Once you land the job, you will be entrusted with the clients property, which means ensure not to damage the property, remove everything you were asked to remove and sweep up after you.
all team members start as navigators but will be promoted to team leads quickly. A team leader drives the trucks, quotes jobs, navigates our CRM (software), and communicates well with agents and management. As a team member/ team lead the perks of the job will be your hourly pay, plus tips, plus overtime and potentially bonuses. Our teams are considered our family and we depend on you to perform like you were working for your own company. Our top performers clear up to $200 a week in tips alone
At 911 Junk California we expect our team members to show up on time, sometimes as early as 7am and work hard until your shift ends, and work with a positive attitude until you clock out. Some of your jobs as a junk removal champion will involve dirty work, dusty, and longer hours, that happens sometimes and it's our job to provide all tools and equipment to keep you safe.
