Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to handle general maintenance dutties as well as landscaping duties. The ideal candidate lives near by, has a strog work etcnic and can manage a wide range of maintenance and landscape dutties for a 3-acre mall property.
Landscape Duties:
-Mowing the lawns
-Using edger and weed wacker
-Be able to trim the bushes
-Pulling weeds
-Treating with fertalizer
-Maintaining the Rainbird sprinkler system
-Keeping our "Managers suite" (suite where our equipment is kept) orderly and clean
-Occasionally planting
Maintenance Duties:
-Removing leaves from gutters and rooftops
-Daily litter/trash pickup
-Changing 5 garbage container bags
-Power washing: walkways, dumpster areas, stairways, and awnings (EXPERIENCE NEEDED)
-Window washing
Other Requirements:
-Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
-Must be able to drive
-Living close to the mall is preferred
-Must be fluent in English
-Additional skills are a plus!
