```Duties```
- Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and landscapes
- Supervise and lead a team of gardeners
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning
- Provide lawn care services including fertilizing, watering, and weed control
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Plant and transplant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Build and maintain garden structures such as fences, trellises, and pathways
- Identify and address pest and disease issues in plants
- Keep garden areas clean and free of debris
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
- Strong knowledge of plant care, tree care, and lawn care techniques
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide a team of gardeners
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the quality of work
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
