Area of Responsibility (AOR):
- Expected to work eight hours a day, Monday through Friday.
- Responsible for typical landscaping tasks such as leaf blowing, sweeping, and trimming.
- Capable of following work orders and autonomously planning daily schedules.
- Required to start the work clock upon driving to the job site and stop it after completing the job, ensuring all notes, receipts, and pictures are recorded and sent to billing.

- Must own a truck with insurance and possess basic landscaping tools.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $36,400 per year for the first three months.
- After three months: Salary increase to $38,480 per year.
- PTO: 10 days of combined personal and sick leave per year, accruing after the first six months. Additional holidays include New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
