Position Overview
We’re hiring a dependable Team Member to focus on wash & fold operations — sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging customer laundry — while helping maintain our organized, friendly environment. This role blends hands-on laundry work with great customer service and teamwork.
Typical shifts are 5 hours in the morning (7 AM–12 PM or 8 AM–1 PM), depending on need and preference.
Occasionally, extra hours may be available later in the day, but most work happens during morning shifts.
Responsibilities
Perform wash & fold service: receive, sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry with care and precision.
Label, track, and prepare orders accurately for pickup or delivery.
Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pickups; represent the friendly face of Los Feliz Laundry.
Keep work areas and machines clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Collaborate with teammates and follow direction from management to ensure top-tier quality.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Live nearby or can reliably commute (owning a car is a plus).
Available for morning shifts (7 AM–12 PM or 8 AM–1 PM) at least 3 days per week; full-time availability is a plus.
Comfortable working collaboratively and respecting direction from younger managers.
Experience in laundry, retail, or customer service is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
