Seeking dependable field technicians (entry level and experienced Leads/PM's) for water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation work out of our Northridge location.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and evaluate project scopes, including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and associated reconstruction.
Experience in moisture mapping, MICA, DASH.
Must be able to rotate on-call weekends.
Facilitate positive customer experiences and ensure satisfaction.
Communicate expectations and supervise technicians.
Coordinate and perform production processes and quality control.
Verify safe working conditions.
Document detailed and accurate notes with supporting documentation and photos.
IICRC (WTR, ASD, AMRT and FSRT) Certified or ability to obtain. (Leads MUST have at least WTR certification)
Experience with Xactanalysis, DASH, Contents Trak, MICA (or new Mitigate), Fire & Ice a plus.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; occasionally sit, climb ladders, and use scaffolding or lifts. Frequently work around chemicals, at ceiling heights, in confined spaces (like crawl spaces, attics), and overhead.
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.

Evening and weekend work required.
