We’re currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Lice Technician to join our growing team in Southern California. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, values professionalism, and doesn’t mind being on the move—traveling to multiple locations within a 20–30 mile radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, effective lice removal services to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns
- Work with children in a patient, caring, and friendly manner
- Educate families on lice prevention and treatment options
- Assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, insurance billing, record-keeping)
- Support clinic operations and team members as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas
- Drive to multiple clinic or client locations within a 20–30 mile radius
- Assist with sales and meet commission-based targets
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish/English (required)
- Previous sales or commission-based experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Great with kids; warm, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with lice treatment a plus (training provided)
