I am looking for cleaning services once a month (Pls have 5+ years verifiable Exp):
This week would be GREAT on Thursday?
Please read these details below for some of what the job will entailif you are not comfortable with ANYTHING Listed, please do not apply as I'd like to find one person OR cleaning duo and work with them LONG TERM
I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment
Will include laundry (no ironing), the laundry facilities are in my building, not my apartment
Will include emptying my Amazon boxes and taking Amazon boxes down to the trash.
I have 2 cats, so cannot be allergic, must have worked in houses with pets and understand what that can include
I do not use the Oven, so kitchen is an easy clean
I do not have wood floors nor do I need my windows cleaned
I actually prefer a fast clean, in and out as long as the dusting and vacuuming is thorough and you get everything on my list completed, so 3-4 Hours Max (1 person) or (2 Hrs usually is what they do for DUO) would be ideal
Need at least 2 verifiable house cleaning references
Must speak and understand English.
I am Looking for a trustworthy and reliable caring housekeeper or housekeeping duo
I am a nice person to work for, I often give away things I dont need to my housekeepers BUT I will notice if things go missing. My last housekeepers started taking my cleaning supplies which is why they are not working for me anymore. That was disappointing. I had one housekeeper with me for 14 years.
Preferably someone who lives near me, somewhere in the SF Valley
I need a clean Ideally this week, THURSDAY AFTERNOON Starting at 12 or 1pm
or Next Thursday starting 12pm - 1pm.
