LOOKING FOR MAINTENANCE / GROUNDS KEEPER (LANDSCAPING)
Looking for someone with at least 5-6 years landscaping and maintenance experience or must have knowledge of Landscape industry.
-Plant maintain and Lawn mowing, edging, blower, weed whacker skills
-Trimming small trees
-Sit down lawnmower
-Maintaining outside equipment and Lawn equipment on daily use
-Able to fix sprinklers and sprinkler lines (water lines)
-Irrigation
-Update and maintain routine records.
-Perform a variety of maintenance work
-People friendly
-Able to work w/out supervision
-Applicant must be able to work outdoors
-Performs other related duties as may be assigned by management.
