Currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of apartment buildings on the Westside (Santa Monica, West LA, Westchester areas). Positions available include Full-time, Part-time, and Temporary.
Requirements:
Minimum one year general maintenance technician experience
EXPERIENCE WITH APPLIANCE REPAIR WORK PREFERRED
Must have a driver's license AND WORK TRUCK as you will need to drive to different apartment complexes and bring large items. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A TRUCK.
Must have some basic tools. Additional tools will be provided as needed.
Job duties include:
- Appliance Repair
- Plumbing
- Demo
- Drywall
- Lighting Installation
- General Maintenance
- Sinks, Doors and other miscellaneous items
Compensation:
- $21.00 - $26.00/hr depending on experience
- Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Benefits for Full Time Employees
- Paid Time Off (PTO) For Full-time Employees
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Maintenance technicians will be required to enter tenant units and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with tenants at all times.
