Mitigation Lead Technician

What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

Serve others within your community in their time of need with fire, water, mold and other losses

Perform restoration work for properties, such as cleanup activities, packing customer’s contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities

Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear

Operate routinely used tools and equipment

Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment

Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance

Maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude

Familiar with technology iOS/PC

Dedication to customer service

Fluent in English

Valid driver's license with a clean record

Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Ability to lift 25+lbs frequently

Desire to continually learn new thing

IICRC Certification is a plus

Mitigation and Construction experience is a plus

Bilingual is a plus

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.

Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.

You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
