Multi-site Porter / Janitor needed for apartment buildings interior/exterior

We are looking to hire a full time porter that can service 1-3 properties per day within 1.5 mile proximity in Koreatown.
The Custodian performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community. Keeps the property in a clean and orderly condition to meet company standards and attract residents.
Custodian Requirements:
Days/Hours will vary based on property location.

Custodian Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Cleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Spiff vacant units for showings/ move in
Dust furniture and walls
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Pay starting at $17/hr plus $100/month gas check for travel between properties. Additionally, paid holidays and sick time offered after 90 days of employment. Spanish speaker is a plus.
