Fix Auto Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a professional who understands DRP relationships, insurance processes, and production flow, and who takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
Top Requirement:
Proven experience managing DRP (Direct Repair Program) accounts
You must be comfortable working directly with insurance partners, meeting DRP KPIs, and maintaining strong insurer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Write accurate and thorough repair estimates (CCC)
Manage DRP files from intake to delivery
Communicate clearly with insurance adjusters and customers
Handle supplements and documentation efficiently
Support production flow and cycle-time goals
Maintain high CSI and DRP compliance standards
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years experience as a collision repair estimator
Strong DRP account experience (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional, customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality shop environment
Tesla or OEM experience a plus (not required)
