Job Title: Shipping Clerk
MUST BE BILINGUAL / RESUME IS REQUIRED
Payrate: $17.00 - $20.00hr
Job Summary: The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and shipped in a timely manner. This individual will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Package and label all outgoing shipments according to company standards
· Ensure that all shipping documents are accurate and complete
· Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
· Track and monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery
· Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates
· Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
· Assist with inventory management as needed
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Basic computer skills, including experience with shipping software and Microsoft Office
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
