Shift: 2ND Shift
Pay Rate: $18–$23/hr (Depending on Experience)

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for food safety and quality? We're looking for an experienced QC Technician to join our team on 2nd shift in a fast-paced food production environment!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and CCP/preventative control checks on in-process products
Conduct daily operational checks on product and materials (labels, weights, lot codes, allergens, etc.)
Identify and control non-conforming materials, products, and equipment
Verify formulas/recipes and perform traceability checks on raw materials
Take in-process and finished product samples for analytical or microbial testing
Complete and maintain accurate documentation and reports
Conduct allergen and ATP swabs; perform pre-op and operational inspections
Calibrate and maintain lab/testing equipment as required
Assist in training plant staff on QC/QA procedures
Support internal GMP audits and plant self-inspections
Execute raw material acceptance testing and documentation
Perform checks for all pre-requisite programs (Food Defense, Sanitation, Allergen Control, etc.)
Collaborate with QA management on food safety and quality concerns
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous QC/QA experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
