We are a very well-known national third-party logistics company. We are opening new locations all over the country and need to fill these open positions as soon as possible. We have many open positions for Office Shipping Coordinators (many not just one) and the job entails but is not limited to:

Strong customer service & Office skills

Fast learner

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent PC skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and 10 key by touch

Accurate data-entry skills

Effective verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task

Reliable

Job Description:

Route and coordinate shipments with major retailers

Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments

Schedule LTL and FTL trucks

Prepare bills of lading

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills (Excel)

Hours: 8AM to 5PM (M-F)
