Looking for a part time motel maintenance employee. Motel is located in Canoga Park with 57 units. Position pays $20/hr. Looking for someone who is hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, handy and has great customer service skills. You will be responsible for maintaining the rooms and property. Some of the daily tasks include checking and repairing problems in the rooms which include but not limited to light bulbs, television, phone, carpet, wall paper, paint, tile, plumbing, electrical etc. This position includes light and heavy duties.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Hours are 12pm-8pm Saturdays and Sundays.
