Inner Gardens is seeking a professional Plant Care Technician with proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant maintenance to join our team. You’ll be responsible for caring for exotic and rare plants in luxury homes and commercial spaces throughout Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Watering, pruning, cleaning, and fertilizing indoor plants and trees
Monitoring plant health and identifying early signs of disease or pest issues
Applying treatments for pests and plant diseases as needed
Ensuring plants are always in peak condition for clients
Independently managing a daily service route across LA
Requirements:
2+ years of professional plant care, horticulture, or landscaping experience required
Strong knowledge of plant health, pest management, and indoor plant care
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
