We are looking for 1 new long-term, year round pool technician to join our company Blue Waters Pool Services.
We currently service pools in Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland and Whittier.
The ideal candidate would live in Baldwin Park, the City of Industry, West Covina or close by to these cities.
Training will be provided for the first 4 weeks. Training pay will be $15/ hour.
After training, you will be responsible for servicing your own pool route. At first, you will begin with 20 or so pools and gradually expand to service 40 pools per week.
Hourly pay will increase to $30/ hour after training. Employee will pay for their own gas and insurance after training.
Work days will be Monday through Thursday. Start time is 6 a.m.
Work hours will average between 20-30/ week. Work will take between 4-6 hours/ day.
Having a truck, SUV, or larger vehicle is required. A large hybrid vehicle is ideal to save on your fuel cost after training but is not mandatory.
This is a labor-intensive job and is not easy work. One needs technical knowledge on how to balance the pool water properly but we will train you on this. For these reasons, we are offering higher pay than most entry level jobs on the market.

Good health and physical condition are essential, as job requires constant moving around, bending, and lifting equipment and chemicals weighing up to 50-60 lbs. You must also work well independently without supervision after training.
Most importantly, you must be reliable.
This is a 1099 independent work contractor position.
