I'm looking for a new person to join my exterior cleaning team.
Experience preferred but a can-do attitude will work! We aim for a positive supportive attitude, no negative people. Looking for someone who can be sharp and take responsibility for jobs. Young nobody over 40 (sorry), Fluent English, reliable, attention to detail, efficient, willing and able to do physical work will make you a good part of our team.
We dont do heavy lifting except for moving ladders (28' extention ladders) but it is physical.
You'll need a dependable car and cell phone. I need someone available Monday thru Friday between 7-4pm. Full time position & hours vary depending on jobs. Starting $22hr for efficient work can go up if can take over Lead tech position, that can train and lead a team (based on performance). Our jobs are based out of The Conejo, Sfv Valley & LA, we meet in woodland hills every morning and drive the company truck (your vehicle will be in gated place).
