Our Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily production processing of our Cleanroom laundry facility. Supervising employees in our production departments you will be responsible for maintaining schedule, monitoring production flow, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, continuous process improvement. Supervisory duties also include, coaching, training, and employee review responsibilities.
Requirements:
We require 3+ years supervisory experience, preferably in a production environment.
Previous experience controlling schedules, and meeting production deadlines
Production-line scheduling experience
Experience utilizing computer controls
We prefer previous experience in a cleanroom environment
Good communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
