Experience with apartment, residential building maintenance and repairs, such as drywall, basic plumbing, installation and upgrades of appliances.
Experience with piping, unclogging bathrooms, electrical repair, painting, carpentry and installation of cabinets, flooring and countertops.
Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, measuring tape, hammer, safety glasses.
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, to drive for company business (drive between apartments, hardware store, etc.).
