West Los Angeles based Real Estate Management Company has an immediate opportunity for an Receptionist. Responsibilities for handling front reception area and administration, including greeting guests and offering them beverages, answering phones, handling company inquiries and sorting and distributing mail. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you must possess exceptional customer service skills and maintain responsibility for greeting and directing guests, answering phones, performing administrative duties, cleaning up after meetings. You will be trained to do some accounting items. Also, kitchen duties including cleaning up the kitchen before leaving at the end of day.
