What We’re Looking For
We need a Residential Construction Superintendent who knows how to take charge of a job site. If you’ve got experience managing construction projects, keeping crews on track, and delivering solid results, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Be the go-to person on the job site, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Work directly with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to stay on schedule.
Handle the day-to-day coordination of materials, tools, and equipment.
Keep things moving by solving problems on-site and making quick decisions.
Walk the site daily to check on quality and progress.
Keep safety a top priority and enforce OSHA guidelines.
Communicate with project managers and clients to keep everyone on the same page.
Make sure the finished product meets company standards.
What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience in residential construction or site supervision.
A good understanding of construction processes and materials.
Leadership skills that can motivate and manage a team.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
Comfortable working with tools when needed to help the crew.
A problem-solver mindset—if something goes wrong, you can fix it.
Reliable, organized, and not afraid to ask questions.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with remodels or custom home builds.
Familiarity with construction software like Procore or Buildertrend.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.
