E-commerce Returns Processing and Refurbishment Associate
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic e-commerce team as a Returns Processing and Refurbishment Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that returned products are efficiently processed and prepared for resale. This will primarily involve consumer electronics, but may also include speakers, vacuums, and other miscellaneous items.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and unbox returned merchandise.
Thoroughly clean and test units to ensure full functionality.
Accurately record return data into our inventory management system.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to established procedures.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
