Runner Position Job Description
Arbib & Sons Construction Inc is a boutique General Contractor that specializes in Structural Concrete, Hillside Foundations & New Construction Projects.
We are a dynamic small team that is seeking a new Junior Project Manager / Runner position.
Duties include:
⁃Driving to the job sites to ensure all contractors & supplies have arrived and are working.
⁃Communicating with our team in regards to the project status.
⁃Loading materials from different supply houses and unloading at the job sites.
⁃General Labor: Project clean up, ensuring the job is clean and safe.
⁃A company truck can be provided, or your own truck. Will be discussed in the interview.
Requirements:
⁃Valid California Drivers License
⁃Basic Construction Experience
⁃English & Spanish speakers are a plus!
⁃Having your own truck is a plus! Not necessary.
Job will be a 40 hour a week full time position. Starting at $22.50 an hour. Depending on experience, and if you have a truck, salary can be higher!
