Pen Letters is hiring a seasonal production assistant to help with our holiday rush. We create premium handwritten cards and letters using robotic handwriting technology and ship thousands of high quality mail pieces every week. This is hands on work with potential to turn into a full time position for the right person.
Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full time and part time available; Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311 (in person only)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, and inspect handwritten cards and letters
Help with mail prep, labeling, and organizing outgoing mail trays
Assist with shipping and basic fulfillment tasks
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all orders
Help keep the workspace organized and stocked
Support the production team with day to day tasks
Requirements:
Must be available to start immediately
Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
Able to stand for periods of time and do repetitive tasks
Able to carry up to 50 lbs
Able to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently
Positive attitude and comfortable working as part of a small team
Prior fulfillment or production experience is a plus but not required
