Job Summary:
The Laborer supports the Foreman and Supervisor in completing structural foundation repairs. Duties include moving materials, excavation, demolition of concrete, wood, and steel, building forms, installing rebar, mixing and pouring concrete, and general site cleanup.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 90 lbs
- Work outdoors and in crawlspaces under homes in all weather conditions
- Operate hand and power tools such as hammers, shovels, drills, saws, and jackhammers
- Follow safety guidelines and attend tailgate and bi-weekly crew meetings
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to work in tight spaces and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Construction Experience in structural and foundation repairs
- Basic Construction Tools
- Must Own Vehicle
- Valid Driver's License
- Paperwork to work in U.S.A
- MUST PASS DRUG TEST

- Realizar trabajo físico, incluyendo levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 90 libras
- Trabajar al aire libre y en espacios reducidos bajo viviendas en todo tipo de clima
- Manejar herramientas manuales y eléctricas como martillos, palas, taladros, sierras y martillos neumáticos
- Seguir las normas de seguridad y asistir a reuniones de seguridad en obra y reuniones quincenales del equipo
- Comunicarte de manera efectiva y seguir instrucciones de los supervisores
Requisitos:
- Capacidad para trabajar en espacios pequeños y realizar tareas físicamente exigentes
- Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de construcción y procedimientos de seguridad
- Ser responsable, puntual y capaz de trabajar en equipo
- Experiencia en construcción estructural y reparaciones de cimentación
