We have (2) General labor positions available.
Minimum skills required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs constantly with no issues.
Be able to wash mixing vessels and machinery when needed.
Help with material pulling, straining and other misc. task.
Must be be willing to work OT if needed.
(1) Supervisor position is available to manage the mixing dept.
Must have (1) + years of supervisor experience.
Mixing experience would be Ideal, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be willing to learn entire operation process to be able to successfully supervised other employees.
Must be ok with long hours.
Must be able to pay attention to details.
Must be able to think fast and outside the box.
Must be able to enforced SOP as per company policy and ensure all team members are following the procedures listed in the SOP.
Must be able to keep Inventory up to date.
Must ensure place is organized and cleaned by the end of the day.
Must be able to take charge and lead by example.
Must be be a good communicator.
Must be able to communicate with other employees in a professional manner.
Work hours:
Monday - Friday
7:00AM-4:00PM
Paid PTO,
Paid Sick Days,
Paid Major Holidays.

Empresa familiar esta buscando ayudantes para nuestro departamento de fabricacion.
El trabajo consiste de lo siguiente:
Ayudar con recojer los materiales requeridos para la producion del dia.
Poder levantar costales de 50libras.
Lavar maquinaria y tanques al final del dia.
Ayudar a mantener la fabrica limpia y organizada.
No se requiere experiencia o entranemiento especial.
Solo necesitamos gente con ganas de trabajar.
