We are looking for a pool cleaner to join our growing company. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided for those new to this industry. You need to be hardworking, reliable, detail oriented, and have good customer service skills. The pay during the four week hands-on training period will be $1800 if you have no experience. Work hours will be on average Monday-Friday 6am to 12pm. After this trial period, the pay will increase to $24-30 per hour and you will follow a similar schedule as the training period (Monday-Friday 6 am to 12 pm). This increase in pay will be determined based on whether you provide your own truck, gas, and insurance. If you do, you can anticipate making $3600 per month. If we provide the truck, gas, and insurance, pay will reflect this but will still amount to $2880 per month. Please indicate in your reply to this post if you have your own truck or not (an SUV or van can also work). Extra money can be made every six months washing filters. Once trained and working a full route, you can expect an average of 25-30 hours per week on your own cleaning 60 pools per week. The base pay will guarantee you make $1800 per month, gradually increasing over a 2 to 4 month period until you are working a full route. This job includes two weeks paid vacation, one in November during the Thanksgiving week and another in December during the Christmas week. The work consists of checking chemicals, skimming debris from pool, vacuuming pool, adding necessary chemicals to maintain optimal water chemistry, filter cleaning, observation of pool equipment and system issues. It is a physically demanding job requiring a lot of walking around, squatting, and heavy lifting of items exceeding 40 lbs.
