We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Foreman to join our team. Long Beach, CA (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
-Communicate effectively with warehouse workers and the office to ensure seamless operations.
-CHECK PRINT PAPERWORK ON THE COMPUTER
-Coordinate with team members via phone and text to delegate tasks and provide updates.
-Ensure all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
-Report any missing orders to the team and take necessary actions to rectify the situation.
-Pack and help fulfill orders when needed to meet deadlines. (Pack order in the box or on the pallet )
-Assist other team members in completing daily tasks as required.
-Communicate in English fluently; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- 2 years experience in the warehouse field
