Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure the smooth progress of the work.
2. Develop and optimize warehouse management processes to improve warehouse work efficiency.
3. Ensure the safety of storage and transportation of goods in the warehouse and prevent loss and theft of goods.
4. Regularly conduct inventory of the warehouse to ensure that the inventory quantity is consistent with the system data.
5. Responsible for coordinating with purchasing, sales and other departments to ensure timely entry and exit of goods.
6. Supervise the work of warehouse staff to ensure work quality and efficiency.
7. Develop a training plan for warehouse staff to improve their work skills and quality.
8. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure normal operation of equipment.
9. Based on the sales forecast, adjust the warehouse cargo storage layout to improve warehouse usage efficiency.
10. Take timely and effective measures to solve problems that arise during warehouse operations.
Work requirements
1. Priority is given to Chinese in the United States
2. Familiar with the operation mode, management planning and processes of overseas warehouses, and understanding of relevant US laws and policies are preferred.
3. More than 2-3 years of working experience in international logistics and e-commerce logistics. For those with outstanding abilities, conditions may be relaxed appropriately.
