Talent Sourcing Direct, Inc., a premier staffing provider, is proud to partner with an industry-leading manufacturer of air purifiers to find a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor.
Hourly Rate: From $30.00 per hour (weekly pay).
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
Ideal candidates are experienced leaders with a strong background in warehouse operations and a passion for teamwork and efficiency. You bring at least 2 years of supervisory warehouse experience and excel in fast-paced environments. You have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-direct morning and afternoon meetings with the shipping/receiving and returns departments.
- Assign tasks to warehouse employees and adjust labor needs as required.
- Verify the accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments (quantity and SKUs).
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with end-of-day inventory counts.
- Coordinate with drayage vendors to schedule container deliveries and update files accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain the inbound/outbound shipment calendar.
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MUST HAVES
- Candidates must meet all the following criteria to be considered:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- 2-year minimum experience
- Proven ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office (Word, Excel), organizational tools, and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Vernon, CA warehouse.
- Ability to lift, push, and move objects up to 20 pounds regularly.
- Experience with shipments to/from major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart).
HIGHLY DESIRED
Experience with Sage ERP systems.
Spanish language skills.
Familiarity with Datalink systems.
Forklift operation skills/certification.
Expected Hours: 45 – 50 per week.
