Local, small business looking for warehouse/delivery driver position. Part-time (25+ hours/week) to start with opportunity for full-time hours and raise after initial 90-day review period. Company has been in business for 40 years.
Warehouse duties include unpacking inbound pallets of merchandise, stocking shelves, packing/labeling outbound orders, light furniture assembly and general warehouse upkeep (sweeping, taking trash out, etc).
Delivery driver duties include delivering customer orders to business offices using company van. Deliveries would be on an as-needed basis when our full-time delivery drivers cannot handle volume of orders. Area would be mostly San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.
Forklift experience not required. Clean driving record is required.
