Blue Ocean Window Cleaning — a trusted and growing company from San Diego — is expanding to Los Angeles (Westside area) and hiring our first Crew Leader.
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced window cleaner who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Los Angeles
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional window cleaning experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable and self-motivated — able to manage jobs independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
