Your Role: Training for Mastery
As an Associate Attorney at Mueller Christensen LLP, you’ll train under experienced attorneys (think of them as your Dumbledores) and gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
Civil Litigation:
General liability defense;
Professional liability and fee disputes;
Breach of contract;
Business torts and corporation governance; and
Collections.
Probate Litigation:
Probate administration;
Will contests;
Breach of fiduciary duty claims; and
Conservatorship proceedings.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a wizard-in-the-making, someone who’s eager to learn and grow while contributing to our team. Key qualifications include:
Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice in California.
Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills, courtroom confidence, and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Personality: You’re curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You see challenges as opportunities and are ready to work as part of a collaborative team.
Extra Credit: Experience in professional liability and/or insurance defense litigation is a major plus (or an "Outstanding" on your O.W.L.s).
