Role Description:
We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of legal experience, preferably in business litigation and employment defense. Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and contracts
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters
Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and development
Skills:
Strong writer with experience in law and motion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Salary: $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
