Small family law litigation firm seeking an attorney with the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years family law or civil practice experience
- Ability to self-structure and manage a client and their case with guidance from senior attorneys as needed.
- Ability to write clear and persuasive legal arguments (as well as supporting declarations, etc.)
- Proactive, accountable and driven to advocate for their clients.

We are looking for someone who is hard working and comfortable drafting legal memoranda, declarations and civil discovery.
