Six attorney law firm in Pasadena, CA is looking for a full-time litigation associate with two to five years of general litigation experience to train in the areas of probate, trust and conservatorship litigation. Candidates must be licensed with the State Bar of California, have at least two (2) years of general litigation experience including drafting discovery, motions and pleadings and a working knowledge of general probate and civil procedure. The candidate must have strong communication skills, experience in legal research and writing of legal memorandums, and computer competency with the usual office software including Word, Excel and Outlook. Willingness to market your practice and participate in local bar association activities.
