Westside LawFirm is looking for an experienced paralegal to work with attorneys on Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters. Experience with Chapter 11, including Subchapter 5, is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
Draft and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, statements, and related documents.
Assist with hearings and 341 Meetings of Creditors, including preparation and coordination.
Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and creditors to collect documents and move cases forward.
Use platforms like BestCase and Clio to keep cases accurate and on track.
Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure cases run smoothly from start to finish.
