About the Role:
The Senior Personal Injury Attorney will manage and oversee all phases of post-litigation personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include conducting case review, drafting legal (pleading/discovery/motions, etc) documents, conducting depositions, and defending depositions of clients, retaining experts, taking and defending expert depositions, negotiating settlements, and trial preparations.
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of personal injury experience focusing on post-litigation.
A valid license and good standing to practice law in the state.
Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
A proven track record in managing personal injury cases to trial and achieving favorable outcomes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills (preferred but not required).

Compensation:
Base Salary: $200,000+ per year (dependent on experience).
