Case manager will coordinate medical appointments for clients, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up. Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of medical information and update on case status. Assist attorneys in obtaining and summarizing medical records for case preparation.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish);
- Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- A problem-solver the ability to handle challenging situations;
Prior experience as a case manager or paralegal is preferred.
