If you qualify for the Certified Law Student program, this firm will supervise you in active litigation, in particular, a case set for Jury Trial in January 2025. You will have the opportunity to participate in hearings, trial, depositions, and trial preparation including preparing the exhibits, jury instructions, question packets, witness lists and trial briefs.
