Our firm is digitalizing, expanding, and moving to a new location soon! We are seeking to add new PUNJABI Speaking Paralegals/Legal Assistants to join our team.
Our firm intends to evolve and run digitally within the next year. Therefore, previous CLIO GROW & CLIO MANAGE experience is a huge PLUS. If you do not know CLIO, we will be more than happy to train you. Just please have basic computer knowledge.
We are a busy law firm that caters to Farsi, Armenian, Hindi, Punjabi, Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish speakers. The majority of our clients speak Punjabi so speaking this language is a huge REQUIREMENT.
Our firm is dynamic and FAST PACED. For these reasons, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. However, we are willing to train you on the legal procedures part of the job.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research other resources to support case preparation.
Review and proofread legal documents, contracts, and filings for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the management of case files, updates and notes into CLIO, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, text and/or email while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette.
Support assigned attorneys in managing tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating schedules to ensure client is informed, updated and prepared.
Skills (We are willing to train)
Proficient in document review and contract analysis.
CLIO GROW and CLIO MANAGE or similar software knowledge.
Strong legal research skills with experience.
Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Familiarity with case organization.
Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
