Job Opportunity: Experienced Attorney/Paralegal - Lemon Law Specialist
Our law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney or Paralegal with extensive knowledge and experience in Lemon Law to spearhead and expand this area of practice within our firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct experience in Lemon Law and a proven track record of managing cases from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the firm’s Lemon Law practice.
Manage a diverse caseload, including customer disputes with vehicle manufacturers.
Advise clients on their rights under Lemon Laws and represent them in legal proceedings.
Work closely with the firm’s leadership team to grow this area of law and build client relationships.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Lemon Law (either as an attorney or paralegal).
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage high-volume cases and complex legal matters.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
